After years of leading QA teams, I kept seeing the same challenge: quality was often treated as a final checkpoint instead of something built into the product lifecycle. As tech companies move faster, that gap only grows.

I started Fibi Labs to close it — helping teams move at the same speed and clarity, combining experienced people, practical processes and technology so problems are found earlier and releases ship with confidence.
